The Hotel Sporting restaurant is a bright wide room, with delicate and elegant hues.
The restaurant is at the disposal of not only the hotel guests, but also to those who need to organize a business lunch or dinner, a ceremony or o those who just want to taste traditional dishes of the Piceno area. Our menus propose a selection of the wine and food of our territory, from the mountains to the sea, with traditional fish dishes of San Benedetto del Tronto.
Our menus respect the seasonal nature of the products, paying particular attention to the choice of every ingredient. The breakfast buffet is served, in summer, by the swimming pool.
In autumn and winter the restaurant is open only at dinner from Monday to Saturday, while on Sundays it is open only at lunch.
It is the “Gastronomy” of the Hotel Sporting restaurant which has rendered it a 4 star establishment well known in the San Benedetto del Tronto area.
The food served is the traditional fare of the Piceno area. The Capriotti family has been producing secret family recipes, generation after generation, since 1977.
The meals are simple examples of authentic home cooking, as reviewed by the Accademia della Cucina Italiana – Italian culinary Academy.
The selection of the ingredients is based on the season and is comprised of a “surf and turf” (fish and meat) menu, accompanied by a rich buffet of vegetables, fruit and dessert.
For wine lovers there is a good selection of various local wines.
