The owners are very kind and helpful in giving information about the city, and the services have an high quality. Excellent hotel with spacious and fully renovated rooms. Free parking in the hotel courtyard closed by gate. Excellent breakfast.

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, the really good bathroom supplies, the bed with the back, large room and bathroom. The pool is a bit small.

The friendliness of the staff and the short distance from the beautiful and long promenade of San Benedetto del Tronto. Excellent dinner and breakfast. It ‘a perfect hotel for families with children.

The rooms are very beautiful and spacious, there are free bicycles available, free access to a private beach and a great staff, very kind and with a special attention to details. All well and good.

Tutto. Le camere molto belle e spaziose,le biciclette si potevano utilizzare GRATIS,si poteva accedere ad uno stabilimento balneare con loro convenzionato GRATIS,ma sopratutto la grande attenzione di tutto lo staff. Tutto molto bello.

La cordialità dello staff e la comodità della vicinanza al meraviglioso e lunghissimo lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto. Ottima la cena e la prima colazione. E’ un hotel perfetto per famiglie con bambini.

La cortesia e la disponiblità del personale; La dotazione per il bagno; La spalliera presente in camera; gli spazzi ampi della camera e bagno. Unica carenza la piscina particolarmente piccola.
